Meal prepping makes healthy eating so much easier! In under an hour, I prepped nutritious meals for the next few days (AND cleaned up!!)—saving time, cutting down on takeout, and making sure I have clean, whole foods ready to go.

Here’s what I made:

✔️ Garlic ranch/La Crema sauce – a creamy, flavorful drizzle for tacos or Buddha bowls
✔️ Chia seed pudding – a delicious breakfast or nutrient-packed snack
