We Made a New Birding Holiday! Here's What Happened....

As birding becomes more connected, certain customs, events, and holidays are starting to develop. We decided to create one of our own for the birding community to enjoy: Global Twitch Day. Global Twitch Day occurs on the third Saturday in May, and this year we went to twitch a White-eyed Vireo. Twitching is the act of looking for a previously reported rare bird in an effort to relocate it.
