I had a thought and just that fast, I lost the thoughts. Happens all the time, when you go into a room for something and then totally forget what it is you are looking for. Crazy! But if you are over 50, you know what I'm talking about. If you are going to menopause, the brain fog is real so a poor memory gets even worse. What can you do!?! I choose to laugh and bring humor....otherwise I might shrivel up into fetal position and cry myself to sleep every night. LOL
