Microsoft launched Copilot Cowork — an AI agent inside Microsoft 365 that doesn't just help you work. It actually does the work for you. Across your email, your calendar, your Teams, your files.

Zoom announced AI avatars that can attend meetings on your behalf. A digital twin of you — that looks like you, talks like you — rolling out later this month.

And the kicker — Meta bought a social network called Moltbook where every single user is an AI bot. No humans. Just AI talking to AI. Millions of accounts. In days.

So last week AI did your work, went to your meetings, and made friends — all without you.

Stay human out there. Apparently it's getting rare. 😂
