Breeding the giant hercules beetles at home. Amazing alien-looking pupae.

These are giant hercules beetle (Dynastes hercules lichyi) which I keep and breed at home. This is the part where their larvae turned into pupae and then into beetles. These amazing beetles live in tropical forests of South America and they are ones of the longest beetles in the world. Their males have very impressive frontal horns which they use to fight each other to win and mate with females.
