Perfect Macros, Delicious Meals, and Diet Success! 📅💪🏼 This is how I hit my diet goals while enjoying tasty, satisfying meals. 🍽️😋💯 Throughout the day, I consumed a total of 2020 calories, which for me, creates a nice calorie deficit of roughly 600-700 calories. It's a perfect balance for my weight loss goals. 🍕💪🏼 Additionally, I prioritized hitting a minimum of 200 grams of protein each day, and in this video, I surpassed that goal with 230 grams of protein. 🥩🍗🍳 I see any additional protein intake as a bonus, an extra credit towards my muscle-building and maintenance efforts. 💪🏼✨ By following this structured approach to macros and meals, without making excuses or compromising on taste, I can achieve my weight loss goals, become leaner, and retain as much muscle mass as possible. 🍫📈💪🏼 The results speak for themselves 🤷
