02 - ServiceNow Lists and List Views

Hello everyone!

Today, I'll be explaining about creating views for Lists in ServiceNow.

In ServiceNow, list views refer to the display of records in a tabular format, allowing users to filter, sort, and interact with data. 
Let’s see an example of Accessing List Views
Navigate to a Table, To access a list view, go to the application navigator and type the name of the table you want to view (e.g., Incident).
Click on the module to open the list of records for that table.

To create a new list view, Click on the column options on any one of the table columns and select List layout.

Scroll down to list view and click on the view name.

Select  new in view name.

Configure the columns and click on save to create the view.

Upon saving the view, the page will be directed to the list of records.

To access the newly created view, Click on  List controls, scroll to View and select the view.

That's how we can created new list views and access them on the list of records.
