Steve Lau and Tara Shapowal-Lau are no strangers to autocross, competing for Fast Time of Day in both SCCA and PCA events. In fact, they're both SCCA National Champions in addition to being Porsche Parade champions! This year, they brought what is one of the most focused and impressive autocross race cars we've seen: a home-built 2010 Cayman S named Stormy equipped with a special, 500+ horsepower engine. If Steve shows up to a Porsche Parade autocross, he usually walks away with FTD. This year was no different, though his closest competition, his wife Tara, nearly took top honors. As it stands, Steve's 45.840 and Tara's 46.534 were enough to secure first and second places overall.
