How to fix a broken office chair

How to repair an office chair that doesn't work well any more? If the problem is the shock absorber, you should watch another video. In this video you can see what to do if your office chair is totally loose and moves in every direction, not just forward and backwards. In the video you can see just the bottom of the chair, which is the part that I'm gonna fix. It's an easy way if you can't afford buying a new one.
