Freshened up Yanmar 2GM20F with a new 55 amp alternator, raw water pump, freshwater pump, all new belts, oil filter, and oil change. Engine shake if very common and expected at very low RPMs or idle as the engine mounts are "soft" for these engines. The engine should stop dancing after you throttle up a little bit, say 750-1000 RPMs. For, my boat the cruising RPMs for the are between 2200 and 2600 RPMs. She will do 3200 RPM without much speed increase and starting to blow a little smoke...
