I have been throwing with more attention to the positioning of my left hand in order to conceal my throws and work on more body awareness. I train to be adaptable with my positioning, object thrown, etc. Just my personal expression of throwing.

Action cameras like the DJI Action Osmo 5 allow me to start recording and throw without much prep. The rugged build of the camera (with a cage and glass protectors) allowed me to “get in the zone” while throwing without much concern of equipment damage despite some bold camera placement.

I recommend recording practice sessions for development; repetition and feedback (from self-recording) has been instrumental for me for solo training. I can hear that my breath isn't where I want it to be from this video for eg.

Since I am primarily practicing outdoors now, I’m getting re-acquainted with my camera equipment and looking for interesting angles for filming. I learned a lot from filming myself and i'm going to keep working on my filming and editing skills. Currently educating myself on getting better audio.
