Crazy Dude Who Rammed Me - Help Me Find Him (Info in the Description)

A hit and run that occurred on May 29, 2022 at approximately 9:20 PM PST on Poli St in Ventura, CA heading towards downtown and city hall. We came to a stop on Poli St between North Ann St and North Kalorama St, and I passed him at the top of the hill at Poli St and North Crimea St.
The guy who hit me was the one parked at the top of the hill in the middle of the road, about 1 minute into the video. He was fully out of his car, which is why I went around him.
White Audi, likely one of the A series.

According to the other witness (the Chevy driver), it was a Caucasian male, wearing a grey hoodie, with no accent. So probably a Ventura local if he does not have an accent.
The Audi driver was coming down from Aliso St and turned on to Poli St.

Here is the info I have so far on what happened:

So after he hit me we stopped at the bottom of the hill. I got out to inspect the damage with the light on my phone. I could not see much so I went back into my car to try to find my flashlight, which I couldn't. So I got back out to take photos. But as soon as I stepped out the driver who hit me sped off down the street going towards city hall and almost hitting me in the process.
The cops came by to take a statement and about halfway through me explaining what had happened the officer got a call on the radio saying that the driver stopped up the road and called the cops. So them thinking that was the guy who hit me and sped off, they wrote down our insurance info.
A few days later after I sent the dashcam footage from my car to the insurance, they called me and told me that they did not think their client was the one who hit me because the tail lights did not match up. His insurance info said he was driving a Chevy Bolt and the car in the footage, the one he hit me, is an Audi A-series.
It turns out that the Audi driver cut off the Chevy driver at the previous intersection to where I passed him. The Audi driver got out of his car and was being so aggressive to the Chevy driver that the Chevy driver called the police.
So when I went around the Audi driver because he was in the middle of the road and out of his car, I guess he decided to take his frustrations out on me. Then fled the scene afterwards.
In the dashcam footage, if you look at the shadows his car headlights cast of my car you can see how close he got. He got within a foot of my rear bumper and began aggressively swerving back and forth behind me, he then slammed on his breaks and put about four car lengths between us and then gunned it into the back of my car was we were going down the hill. It was absolutely insane. That guy should not be allowed to be driving on the road with other people.
It also really sucks because I love my car and we have been on so many adventures and even though it is an old car with over 165,000 miles on it, I still want to keep it going. I just threw $6k over the past year to fix a bunch of the old components that were giving out due to wear and tear. So to have some jerk ram my car for no reason and then flee, leaving me with thousands of dollars worth of body and paint repairs, just really sucks. And as an engineering student, I really didn't need all those extra expenses. So if anyone is able to find out any info, please let me know. I am going to be adding more info to the description of the video as I get it. I have already called every business on that street for about a half mile in each direction to see if any of them have camera footage. Only one person got back to me so far. I am trying to get the height of the guy off the footage to give to the cops and I am calling all of the local Audi repair shops in the area to let them know to contact the police if someone matching the description comes in.
