Disney+ is giving us a ton of new content, and we are here for it! One of the new things is a brand-new version of “High School Musical.” Fans of the original movies might have been skeptical, but this show is a fresh new take. It’s a mockumentary-style series about the high school where the OG “High School Musical” movies were filmed. This school has an eager theater teacher who wants to put on a schoolwide production of the hit Disney Channel Original musical. The series follows the kids who are in the production.

It’s edgy and hilarious, and it’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen Disney do. There are a lot of similarities and a lot of differences between the original versions and the new one.
