Roasting Coffee with the iRoast 2

I was going to do a full how-to with the iRoast, explaining each step along the way, but then I decided I'd just put a bunch of little clips together. So here's that.

The coffee being roasted is a peaberry coffee from the Congo. Tom from SweetMarias.com recommends a Full City to FC+ roast, so I stopped the roast just on the verge of 2nd crack, maybe 1-2 cracks in.

After a million trials, I finally developed a roast curve for FC-FC+ that works perfectly with my house's voltage. I won't go into the specifics, but the basic curve is something like, 350 for 2:30, 400 for 3:30, and 450 for 2:00. Of course, the actual temperatures are quite different.
