DIY DOLLAR TREE SOCK FACE MASK / NO SEWING MACHINE / WITH POCKET FOR FILTER / NO ELASTICS / WASHABLE

Hi everyone,
This home made DIY face masks is made from socks that only cost a dollar from The Dollar Tree Store. Face mask is hand sewn, it has no elastics, it is washable, reusable after washing. Face mask has a pocket for a filter. Pipe cleaner is added on the nose bridge so face mask conforms to the face. This face mask tutorial gives you quick easy steps on how to make a face mask using inexpensive materials and items you can find in your household. Sock material is usually cotton / polyester or cotton blend. It is a semi porous material. Filter can be added for additional protection and to slow down migration of virus that can possibly penetrate through the mask. Face mask needs to be washed and kept clean. This type of face mask is not designed for medical workers. It is to give us and other people around us some protection which is better than nothing. Not all of us are used to wearing a face mask. We need to practice breathing more from the nose than from the mouth. To stay safe, social distancing and hand washing is essential aside from wearing a face cloth covering to reduce risk of infection. I hope this DIY tutorial is helpful. Enjoy watching.
