HELP US SAVE "TESLA" !

I´m here to ask for help for a small puppy that desperately needs it.
TESLA was abandoned to it´s fate because he was born with a terrible malformation on his front leg, that renders it useless.
The bones are twisted and malformed. The leg is not functional and it is heartbreaking to see him dragging it and trying to use.
We have performed a full radiological study and reached the conclusion that his leg cannot be saved.
TESLA is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever rescued, he is just adorable and he will have an amazing life once he gets used to having three legs.
After his surgery we will find the perfect family for him... one that will never abandon him and love him forever...
