The is one of the best places I've had tapas so far in Barcelona. The food here was outstanding, not only was the presentation inviting but also the food was out of this world packed with flavours in every bite. I love it when I can find a place like this and leave so happy. I like to think of tapas as a very simple meal but it every dish should be cooked with excellence, simple with a complex taste and I think that's what makes such an immense difference when eating 5 star tapas compared to some peppers thrown in a pan and on a plate. It seperates Tapas & a simple dish, it gives the word tapas it's meaning back.

Thank you Quimet y Quimet for reminding me and educating people on the word Tapas. How a few simple ingredients can be turned into more than just a few ingredients on a plate.
