If you’re new to my channel, my name is Jack Poulin- I'm the co-founder of ECG.

In 2021, I saw an Instagram post of someone reselling sneakers. Instead of scrolling past, I DM'd them to ask how it worked. That one message changed the trajectory of my life. Since then I've built and scaled ventures generating $10M+ in revenue and $2.5M+ in gross profit- and I want to show you exactly how, so you can compress years of trial and error into months.

2021 - I took the $2,000 I had to my name and started buying sneakers from retail sites and reselling them on StockX and GOAT. No connections, no mentor, just reps.

2022 - I moved my sneaker business onto Amazon, sourcing from Nike outlets and learning how the platform rewards systems over hustle.
2023 - I scaled the Amazon business past $1M in sales- and started coaching others through the exact playbook that got me there.

2024 - I partnered with Dan Boufford and Dejan Park to co-found ECG, an Amazon coaching community. I believed in it enough to drop out of college and go all in.

2025 - I helped scale ECG past $1M in profit in year one, and built ECG Distribution past $1.5M in revenue in year one.

2026 - Scaling ECG toward $2.5M+ per year while leading a team of 10- and turning what I've learned into a repeatable system for building real companies.
