Hangzhou East Railway Station
Hangzhou East Railway Station was built on April 1, 1992 and renovated and expanded on December 27, 2008. On July 1, 2013, the reconstructed Hangzhou East Railway Station was officially put into operation. On January 1, 2014, the West Square of Hangzhou East Railway Station was put into use.
As of December 2019, Hangzhou East Railway Station covers an area of 400,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 340,000 square meters, with a total investment of 11.733 billion yuan. The scale of the station has reached 15 units (28 platforms) and 30 lines, with 3 units and 4 lines of magnetic levitation reserved.
Hangzhou East Railway Station, east China's Zhejiang Province, Sept. 25, 2019. The subway security check of Hangzhou East Railway Station hub has been officially moved up to the railway arrival hall. Passengers can enter the subway station directly without security check after getting out of the high-speed railway station, realizing seamless transfer.
