Not shown in the video but the window switches have two settings controlled by how far you push the switch (holding switch half way and letting go at desired glass height : manual glass height control OR automatic full way: glass fully up or down on its own after holding switch at its maximum mechanical travel in up or down position for a split second, and then releasing the switch). Even when operating the electric window switch in the manual glass height setting mode, it still has all of the symptoms and problems shown in this video
