Healthy Protein No Sugar Ladoo
Protein Laddoos that taste like dessert but pack a punch!
Ingredients:
• 10 soft dates (seedless)
• 1 scoop vegan protein powder
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• ½ glass cold brew
• Water as needed
• 1 cup oats
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• A handful of crushed almonds & walnuts
• A handful of dried cranberries
Steps:
1. Blend dates, protein powder, almond butter, and cold brew into a thick paste. Add a little water if needed to blend smoothly.
2. In a pan, dry roast oats, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds until toasty.
3. Mix the roasted dry ingredients with the date-protein paste.
4. Fold in crushed almonds, walnuts, and cranberries.
5. Shape the mixture into small ladoos and let them set.
No refined sugar. No baking. Just pure energy in every bite!
