I see many English learners have dreams of reaching a high level, but it's rare to see learners make specific goals.
I hear learners say, "I really want to learn English" or "I need English for my job." However...
Having a goal is incredibly powerful, here is an example: I want to teach a C1 level of English in the next 12 months.
Setting a goal gives you clarity and helps you understand why learning English is important for you. It helps you create a plan and stay motivated over the long-term. And finally, it helps you make the right decisions on a daily basis.
