The RS-28 Sarmat is Russia’s latest heavy Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). Designed to replace the aging Soviet-era "Satan" missile, it is a cornerstone of Russia's modern nuclear triad.

Type: Super-heavy, liquid-fueled ICBM.

Range: Approximately 18,000 kilometers, allowing it to fly over either the North or South Pole to reach targets.

Payload: It can carry up to 10–15 nuclear warheads (MIRVs) or the Avangard hypersonic glide vehicles.

Key Feature: Designed to bypass modern missile defense systems through extreme speed and unpredictable flight paths.
