Spent the day with Dean just trying to lock in and stay present. This one’s a sunday vlog where we pulled up to church super late, skipped the music, and caught the sermon. I guess that makes it a church vlog too. Then we hit Starbucks, went on a little walk, and wrapped it up with a hot pot vlog moment with the boys. Lately I’ve been feeling a mix of gratitude and confusion—turning 25 soon, thinking about everything that’s happened so far.

This vlog is really just a life update and a bit of self reflection. I've been overthinking a lot, caught in that weird time anxiety loop, you know? That whole quarter life crisis energy. But I’ve been revisiting the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, trying to actually live it instead of just talking about mindfulness or pretending I’m good at being present. It’s tough, especially in your 20s when everything feels like it's either moving too fast or not at all.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re a young entrepreneur trying to make it or just someone feeling lost, maybe this one hits home. I’m realizing the past is just nostalgia, the future is just anticipation, and all we really have is this present moment. So this is me—an asian creator sharing a casual daily vlog out of Chicago, reflecting on life, dealing with mental health, and trying to stay grounded in a grateful mindset. Just a regular unemployed dude with a growth mindset filming a vlog in your 20s.
