Indefinite Leave visa expires with expired passport

Do you keep up to date with Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration regulations? If so, you would know that your old style Settlement or Indefinite Leave to Remain visa in your old expired passport (or in an Immigration Status Document) would no longer be valid for employment or travel purposes. You now need to apply urgently for a UK Biometric Residence Permit. Please DO NOT get caught out.
