Cartoon Halloween Specials feel like they aren't as raved about as they were in 90s and 2000s! Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel don't treat it as the month-long event Halloween deserves to be! But, there were still enough specials this year to warrant discussing, especially Craig of the Creek, Victor and Valentino Villainous crossover and Amphibia! Taking a look at Trick or Creek, Villainy in Monte Macabre and The Shut-In, we aim to answer the question: are Halloween specials still good?
