France Road Trip - Exploring Provence

Last October we did a road trip to one of the prettiest regions in France - Provence! You can read my blog from the trip here: http://laelegantia.com/2018/11/20/provence-fever/

One of the best experiences we did on the road trip was to rent a retro car from ProvenceClassics: https://www.provenceclassics.com/en/

We stayed at the Chateau des Baux area, which is a natural park and has only a few hotels. Both our hotels were very luxurious and relaxing and both of them had their own olive plantation!

We celebrated the annuversary of Hotel Benvengudo and went to see how the olive oil is made at the Moulin Castelas Olivar ( one of the most famous olivars in France).

If you are in the area you also have to visit the Roman ruins at the
Site Archéologique de Glanum and the Carrieres de Lumieres show! It is something incredible. The show is projected on rocks in a natural cave.

Also, if you are a flamingo fan like myself, make sure to visit Camargue Natural Park!
