Van Conversion: Building DIY Wall and Floor / Subframe, Insulation, Vinyl Floor (Mercedes T1 Camper)

Building DIY walls and floor with a wooden subframe, using rivet nuts without drilling new holes in the van. Insulation with Armaflex AF and Alubutyl. For the floor we use a resin coated playwood panel and on top of that a very special vinyl floor that looks like real old wood.
