Campaign for disability employment/Elnaramedia, Azerbaijan

"Ready to work!" is a part of a campaign for disability employment started by Elnaramedia in Azerbaijan. This short video emphasizes that disability is not a barrier for a person with a disability and they are ready to improve and expand their experience and possibilities to work with an employer. All that employer should do is to focus on the strengths of person with a disability rather than on weaknesses, and to give them a chance to prove their strengths in a first place.
