Pininyahang Baboy (Pinoy Recipe)

Pininyahang Recipe is one of the best Filipino dish usually made using Chicken Meat. In this Video we use Pork meat in our Pininyahan recipe. This Recipe is made of Pork meat marinated in Pineapple juice, Black Pepper, Magic Sarap and Fish Sauce .Then Saute in garlic, onion, potato, carrots, evaporated milk, bell pepper and pineapple chunks.

Ingredients:
820 grams Pork
1 can Evaporated Milk
220 ml Pineapple Juice
227 grams Pineapple Chunks
2 Pieces Potato
5 cloves Garlic
1 Piece Onion
1-2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 Piece Onion
1 Piece Carrots
1 Piece Green and red Bell pepper
1 Piece Chicken Cubes
Magic Sarap
Black Pepper
