Vegetarian Pasties In The Air Fryer

Hi everyone Im Stacey,the Vegtastic Mum!
On this channel I aim to bring you some amazing home cooked vegetarian foods for you to try at home.
I like to do my best to save the pennies where I can,so you will see me cooking with Air Fryers, Instant pots and induction hobs,but dont worry,all the recipies I do can also be cooked using other methods.

INGREDIENTS:
2 SHEETS PUFF PASTRY CUT INTO 8 RECTANGLES
1 EGG
3/4 CUP PASATA
1/4 SMALL LEEK DICED
1 CUP FROZEN MIX VEG
250G VEGETARIAN MINCE
1/2 TSP GROUND CUMIN
1/2 TSP OREGANO
1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
2TSP MINCED GARLIC
1 TSP MINCED GINGER
VEGETABLE STOCK CUBE
1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
1/3 CUP WATER
