Tip 2: Keep moving. Even if it feels like your nerve is hanging on by a thread, rest assured, it's just irritated & you're safe to move because movement brings oxygen to your sciatic nerve & reduces inflammation.

Tip 3: If you're in a lot of pain, you can relieve it with the Prone Decompression. It's a great exercise for decompressing your lumbar spine to relieve the pressure of your sciatic nerve roots.
