✅Ingredients
Mustard oil
Gram flour(besan)
Red chilli powder
Hung curd
Salt
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Garlic paste
Kasuri methi
Mashroom
Capsicum
Tomato
Onion
(coal+desi ghee for smoky flavor)

👨‍🍳Method

First, in a bowl, add hot mustard oil and red chilli powder, and mix well.
Then add ½ bowl hung curd, 1 tablespoon besan (gram flour), 1 teaspoon coriander powder, garam masala, salt, garlic paste, kasuri methi, and fresh coriander leaves.
Mix everything nicely to make a smooth marinade.

After that, add the chopped capsicum, chopped onions, and mushrooms, and coat them well with the marinade.

Next, give it a coal smoke (dhungar) for 3 minutes to get that smoky flavour.

Then thread everything onto skewers and air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with green coriander–mint chutney.
