I still can't believe they killed her off you guys. I know (and have faith) that she might come back, but still. Like Hayley said, she was just a kid. She wasn't even out of her teens yet, and Freya and Elijah just handed her over to the ancestors like a lamb to the slaughter. Don't come here and try and tell me there wasn't another alternative, that they had no choice, because that's bullshit. They could've channeled ANY of the other witches in the ancestral plane and the result would've been the same. They were just too lazy to do it. Hell, even Klaus, who hated Davina, told them to find another way, because he knew how much she meant to both Kol and Marcel. I can easily see him imaging how he would feel if he lost Hope, and he knew how Kol felt already, and it was obvious he understood, and the love he has for both of them overrode his hatred of her. I haven't really cared about Klaus in a while, but he earned my respect in 3x20, while Freya and Elijah lost whatever little I had left for them. You can swear they were protecting their family all you want, but the fact of the matter is, Davina WAS family. She was a Mikaelson herself, not by blood, but because the most important people in her life were.

This is so true. Marcel is in all intents and purposes, Davina's father, just like how Elena is Alaric's daughter on TVD. He's the only father figure she's ever known, and since Klaus views him as a son, that makes him a Mikaelson, which makes Davina one as well. He fought for and protected her when no one else could or would. Sure, they had their ups and downs, but in the end they were always there for each other.

And don't even get me started on Kolvina, man. The fact that she was the love of their little brother's life should've been enough for Freya and Elijah to find another way, but of course, Kol is the outcast. They couldn't give two shits about him, as has been made abundantly clear throughout the series, Elijah especially. Not once has he ever consoled Kol or even shown any emotion towards him whatsoever. Even in 3x16 when he confessed to him that he would never be able to live with himself if he hurt Davina, Elijah just patted him on the shoulder and said "it is who we are." Gee, Elijah, you're totally big brother of the year *excuse me while I go vomit* If it was Hayley and not Davina, they would have tried to find another alternative and not've even considered sacrificing her. Even if you take away that Hayley is the mother of Klaus' child, they still never would've considered it. Why? Oh, right, because Elijah loves Hayley. They're fucking hypocrites, Elijah especially. And now that Haylijah seems to be happening, I feel like it's being forced down my throat because Hayley is so OOC it's not even funny. Marcel saved both she and Hope countless times, Davina was a friend of her's. Elijah essentially murders them both and she CONSOLES HIM FOR IT? If it'd been me, I'd have been beyond angry. I would've been livid and left his sorry ass.

And Davina...she had her whole life ahead of her. Sure, she wasn't perfect, she made mistakes, but who doesn't? That's how you learn and grow. Your experiences and mistakes mold you into the person you're supposed to be. She didn't deserve any of this. She stood up to the ancestors and wouldn't back down because it was the right thing to do, and everyone else but her was too scared of them to do it. Over the course of three seasons, she went from being a scared little girl trapped in an attic to a strong young woman willing to make things right, even if she became a causality, to make the lives of others better. She was a true hero with a pure heart and no one can tell me any different. She didn't deserve to be murdered the way she was, because let's face it. At the end of the day, what Elijah and Freya both did was murder taken to the extreme and I'm disgusted by it.
