Try This INSANE Jump Training Workout!!

So I have a dunk contest coming up on December 12th, so I officially started a training cycle focused on explosive strength, AKA a power phase!! Last time I did a power phase was a year and a half ago, so I'm really excited to see how much higher I jump now! Going to not be dunking as much over this next month so I can put all my energy into the training.
