Pacepacker Robotic Case Loading System for Bottles

This video captures some of the pre-delivery trials of a robotic case/box loading system for bottles. Empty boxes are positioned and held while the top flaps are spread apart to allow easy access for the Fanuc M20 robot to place bottles inside. A variety of bottles can be picked without changing tooling thanks to the carefully designed 3D printed gripper fingers, scalloped to a variety of bottle profiles.
