We checked out the brand new Westerly restaurant in Pismo Beach — formerly the Spyglass Restaurant — and it just opened about a week ago!
First off… the whole place has such a fresh new coastal vibe. Think relaxed, modern, beachy, and the ocean views? Absolutely unbeatable.
We started with a Bloody Mary and a mimosa because… brunch rules. 🍹
I ordered the huevos rancheros, my hubby went with the breakfast burrito, and honestly… both were spectacular.
The menu already has a really great selection, and it feels like a place that’s only going to keep expanding and getting better.
And the service? Super attentive and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
If you’re local to the Central Coast or visiting Pismo Beach, I highly recommend getting over there and trying it for yourself. The Westerly is definitely worth the hype. 🌴☀️
