We built this Charlotte Custom Home based upon our very popular Dover Plan, which is a PresPro Modern Farmhouse.

Our Customer chose all of their own designs and finishes, both interior and exterior, and changed some elements of our original floor plan in order to make this house become their dream home!

The home is a total of 3,133 sqft heated and has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 2.5 car garage.

Most of the home is on the first floor, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, study, and laundry room. The master suite has soaring vaulted ceilings, a private sitting room area, and a master bath that includes a shower big enough for two, a free standing tub, double sink vanity, and a walk in closet the size of another bedroom.

Upstairs, you'll find 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms overlooks the front of the home and has a gorgeous window seat. That bedroom could also double as a great media or rec room. The other bedroom overlooks the nearly 1 acre back yard where we will soon be adding a pool and outdoor living area.
