[Keto Flaxseed Bread 生酮亞麻籽麵包] Gluten Free Bread 零麩質麵包

There are many ketogenic bread recipes that only use egg whites but I don’t want any leftover egg yolks every time I make this bread. So, in this recipe, I used whole eggs! This flaxseed-only bread is rich in omega 3 and the texture is kind of between bread loaf and cake, very soft and fluffy! So try this keto bread out!

Keto Flaxseed Bread 生酮亞麻籽麵包
2 cup Grounded Golden Flaxseed 黃金亞麻籽(磨碎) 2杯
2 Tbs Grounded Psyllium Husk 車前子(磨碎) 2 湯匙
1/2 tsp Salt 鹽1/2茶匙
3 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉3茶匙
2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar 蘋果醋2湯匙
6-7 Eggs (Medium) 中號雞蛋6-7隻
1 cup Hot Water 熱水1杯
