"Thank you, Canada:" Dutch Prime Minister addresses Canadian Parliament
On October 25, 2018, Mark Rutte, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, addresses the Parliament of Canada assembled in the House of Commons chamber, Ottawa -- the first Dutch Prime Minister to do so. Rutte touches on Canada-Netherlands shared history, the liberation of the Netherlands in WW II, free trade, investment, CETA, multilateralism, NATO, the World Trade Organization, and Brexit.
