There you have it - the ultimate comparison and indepth look on both cam's quality as you know it from my channel. Both cams with most current firmware and almost in a finished state now :)
Not an easy task to reccommend you one of those two - since they both have strengths and weaknesses. See for yourself which one you prefer!

Main features:
both cams have some kind of superview - but there the aspect is wrong - not as clever as the real, patented superview that gopro has. if you need REAL superview - you need a software tool on your PCs to convert the videos from those cams!

Runcam 5: 99$
4k30 / 2.7k60 / 1080p60 or 120
H264 and 30 to 60mbit bitrate
no mount included - just velcros
no wifi, settings via "QR" codes on your phone

Foxeer Box2: 129$
4k30 / 2.5k60 / 1080p60 or 120 (but bad scaling here)
h265 (Hevc!) with 26 to 53mbit
(but h265 is carrying more image quality with lower bitrate!)
ND filters available (and can be screwed on)
"frame" type mount like gopro
wifi settings and preview on phone
