The Flaming Lips - Live in the CD101 Big Room in Columbus, OH (July 15, 1999)

The Flaming Lips appear on the WWCD CD101 radio program to promote their Music Against Brain Degeneration Revue tour on 07/15/99. The band were preceded by Robyn Hitchcock, and were to be followed by Sebadoh (who unfortunately couldn't make it to the venue in time). The Lips would go on to play a show at the Newport Music Hall later in the night.
I believe this interview was conducted by Brian Phillips.

This show features the live debut of "Buggin'" as well as the first performance of "Put The Waterbug In The Policeman's Ear" since 1996. At 27:05 Wayne forgets the lyrics to Waterbug to the amusement of Steven and Michael.
