Steam Chicken Recipe| How to make Tender Steamed Chicken| Healthy and Good for weight loss

Hello, Foody!
Very easy and quick to make steam chicken without using oil and delicious.

Ingredients:
o Chicken leg and thigh pieces (2)
o Yugurt ½ Cup
o Salt 1 tsp
o Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
o Red Crushed Chilli ¼ tsp
o Black Pepper ½ tsp
o Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
o Whole Spice Powder 1/4 tsp
o Cumin 1 tsp
o Mace Powder
o Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
o Ginger garlic Paste 1 tsp
o Yellow Food Color (a pinch)
o Olive Oil

Method
o Add all the dry spices and lemon juice in the yogurt and add chicken.
o Marinate the chicken overnight or at least for 4-5 hours.
o Wrap the Chicken in the aluminium foil and cover properly.
o Place the chicken in the steamer and steam for 35-40mins.
o Brush olive oil on the chicken when its ready.
o Server with mint sauce and salad.
