SIU exposed R85 MILLION BORDER WALL SCAM! Fake BBBEE, Missing Millions & Half a Wall | KZN BORDER

South Africa is once again facing a shocking corruption scandal. The Special Investigating Unit has exposed serious fraud in the R85 million KwaZulu-Natal–Mozambique border wall project.
This wall was supposed to stop cross-border crime, including stolen vehicles and trafficking. But instead, only 5.29 km out of 8 km was built, while nearly the full amount — R84 million — was already paid.
Investigations revealed that ISF Shula Joint Venture submitted a fake BBBEE certificate and an expired Letter of Good Standing to win the tender from the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport.
The Special Tribunal has now cancelled the tender, calling the entire process unconstitutional and unfair. Meanwhile, taxpayers are left paying an additional R62 million to complete the project.
The SIU is now working to recover the money and has referred possible criminal conduct to the National Prosecuting Authority.
