Sleep training , or as I prefer to call it, sleep teaching, is a very controversial topic amongst parents. As a sleep deprived mum, I did my research and finally to embark on it when my baby was 10 months old. I used the help of a professional and in this video I take you through why and how we sleep trained my son at 10 months. It remains one of the best decisions I have ever made. :-)
