In this video, I share a personal story about a pair of painful mountain boots that taught me a profound lesson about perspective, religious intolerance, and self-awareness.

We often blame the "boot"—the external religion, the difficult person, or the global issue—for our discomfort. But just as I realized the pain was coming from the alignment of my own ankle, many of our frustrations in life stem from our own interpretations and biases.
