Flood Preparedness Mock Drill in Mandi Bahauddin | Rescue 1122 Emergency Exercise

Deputy Commissioner Adil Haider chaired a flood preparedness mock drill in Mandi Bahauddin at Rescue Station Phalia, in collaboration with Rescue 1122 and other district departments. The exercise aimed to review emergency response strategies, machinery readiness, and coordination among institutions in case of a flood situation.

Various departments including Health, Livestock, Civil Defence, Agriculture, Irrigation, Education, Municipal Committee, and WASA participated by setting up relief camps. Rescue 1122 demonstrated first aid training and emergency response capabilities.

DC Adil Haider appreciated the efforts of all departments and emphasized that such mock exercises are essential to ensure timely rescue operations, proper relief distribution, and effective coordination during emergencies.
