Biologically diverse microhabitats such as this Joshua Tree and Mojave Yucca forests exist throughout Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. Red Rock Canyon is an example of the incredible diversity that is set aside in the Mojave Desert.
