You can still watch Calf VR 180 videos perfectly on your mobile phone without editing. But if you want to reframe recompose or crop the dual fisheye image to a standard 16:9 flat video, here's how I would do it.
Just play back in VLC. Zoom to the composition you want. Then do a window or display capture with OBS with whatever settings you desire. You could easily create 60fps 16:9 4K if that's what you want.
