Our Talent Incubator launched Mikhaela's new business

Mikhaela found the motivation to start her own project while participating in our Talent Incubator training, a web design course.

With the money from the mini-grant, she bought printers for textiles and other materials, a specialised dryer for printed products and a cutting machine. This technology helps her to produce personalised products for her customers and develop her creativity in the form of new designs.

The project Talent Incubator: Digital Education for Women and IT Professionals in Moldova is implemented in cooperation with partner Seed Forum and with funding from SlovakAid the Official Development Assistance of Slovakia. One of its objectives is to support women in Chisinau and two regions of Moldova to acquire new IT skills as well as to participate in the country's market environment, either by developing their own businesses or by pursuing a career in one of the ICT companies.
